When to use these guidelines and application: use to place a satellite dish on the property.
To install a dish, a technician from the satellite company must first come to the property to assess where the dish must be placed in order to receive a signal. The technician may need to assist the homeowner by providing part of the information on the application. Screening or camoflauge may be required (read more in the guidelines below.) The homeowner may then submit the form. After approval, the technician may return to install the dish.

NOTE: The above guidelines are intended to be flexible to provide the Design Control Committee with the ability to address any circumstances that may arise in connection with a request to install a satellite dish. All decisions by the Design Control Committee will be documented and maintained in the Association's meeting minutes records, including any extenuating or unique factors involved in the decision making process. As with any Design Control Committee promulgated Design Guideline, the Design Control Committee reserves the right to add to, delete, modify or otherwise amend the above guidelines as it deems necessary for the health, safety, and comfort of all residents.
To avoid delays and to prevent the application from being tabled, please ensure the application is filled out completely and include two copies of the application and two each of all relevant materials (samples, photos, drawings, site maps, brochures, etc.) plus the design review fee. One copy will be returned to the submitter. Include the following:
