Why should I Sign Up for the Members Area?

The Members Area allows you access to information only available to residents, such as Board Minutes and Grounds and Facilities minutes, financial statements, and the annual meeting materials. You may also order firewood, request mailbox repairs, or request an architect visit.

If you said Yes to the online annual meeting packet, you must create a username and password for the Members Area so you can access the annual meeting materials.

Even if you said no, you are still encouraged to sign up for the Members Area so you may access all of its features.
